How We Work
Good software projects are collaborations. We combine customer knowledge of the business with disciplined application development, integration, and operations.
1. Understand the outcome
We discuss the problem, the people affected, the existing systems, and the results that would make the project worthwhile.
2. Define the scope
Together we separate confirmed needs from ideas, assumptions, dependencies, and deferred work. A reviewed proposal establishes the initial delivery commitment.
3. Design the experience
We map workflows and information, define roles and boundaries, and review the application’s proposed behavior before implementation decisions become expensive.
4. Build and validate
We develop the solution and its supporting services, then exercise meaningful end-to-end scenarios in a development environment with the appropriate customer participation.
5. Release deliberately
We identify the exact release candidate, review changes, obtain the applicable approvals, and verify the result in the target environment.
6. Operate and improve
Technology needs attention after launch. We agree on the ongoing responsibilities for hosting, updates, backups, integrations, support, and future changes.
Let’s talk
Our process adapts to project size and scope, but the underlying principle stays the same: know what success means, verify the work, and keep responsibilities clear.
